How is this different from a CRO agency that just runs A/B tests?

We don't have a lot of traffic. Can we still do this?
Low traffic doesn't mean no work, it means we change the method. With limited volume, classic split testing takes too long to reach significance, so we lean on funnel instrumentation, session and behaviour analysis, qualitative evidence, and high-confidence structural fixes rather than marginal tweaks. We're explicit about what a sample size can and can't tell you, and we won't call a result a win until the data earns it.
How long before we see results?
